Listings on Digital Boards Consumer Network
Being listed on Digital Boards Consumer Network is a privilege, not a right, and as such all sites will be subjected to the Digital-Boards patented review process prior to being listed.

After acceptance all sites will be subjected to random reviews. If a site has been found to have been modified to the extent that it no longer meets the criteria to be listed on Digital Boards Consumer Network said site will be suspended and removed from the system and the site owner will be notified that they have failed a review.

Site owner will be given two weeks to put site back into compliance. If site has not been modified to comply after two weeks it will be terminated from the system. No refunds will be issued for sites that have been modified and no longer comply with the Digital-Boards rating system.

Terms
Additionally, users agree to abide by any and all licensing rules or restrictions that have been created by the owners of the works contained within the Digital Boards Consumer Network website. Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the Legal Agreement and Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy.
